- Very well, i can mingle with different people.
2. What about when you have to lead those people?
- If I was given the opportunity to lead a different person with me. First, I would observe. Secondly, I would try to get along with them; third, I should be able to make them all confident that 'indeed we are different, but in this form I lead so help to reduce selfishness'
3. The metode is Evaluaty,Observe,Develop a plan,Confront the problem, Focus on the behaviors, not the person, Try to draw out the reasons behind the behavior, Develop the solution together, Plan follow up and repeat as necessary, Know when you are in over your head, Know when you are at the end.

For example :
Purpose-Infinitives
*is that an infinitives can express the purpose with the structure S+V+C+Infinitives(to+v1)

Problems with passives
*Is a gramatical construction where the subject of the sentences does not take action or not important. In this passives the result is more important than the person who causes it to happen.
Passive-word order
*In accordance with statement above, the actor is not important and word order isthe sequence of words in a sentence, especially as governed by grammatical rules and as affecting meaning. With the structure S+Be+participle.

Kegalala pemerintah jokowi menurut publik (dianggap) pemimpin boneka 13,1% harga kebutuhan pokok belum stabil 11,7% pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan buruk 7,9% kata Qodari (ELZ/IMK)
